The item will be sent using Next Day delivery Royal Mail Special Delivery Tracked and Signed for. You will be able to track it and please be sure someone is there to receive it.

•  Free 12 Months Warranty: Every phone comes with 12 months manufacturer warranty - which is automatically activated with the purchase.

•  Returns Policy: The device can be returned in a 60 day period as long as it is returned in the same condition as purchased (in this case still brand new, not opened and with the seal still on). If you would like to return the device but you have opened the seal there is a 50% fee charged.

•  Invoice: We sell under the Marginal VAT Scheme. This means the price does not have standard VAT and can't be claimed back for business buyers. If you would like the invoice to be sent please let us know

•  Scammers: Please stay away, any buyers trying to commit fraud (false claim of not delivered or payment not authorised or tamper with the return labels) will result in the phone being blocked, reported to the police and unusable. For any new / recent account created we reserve the right to do further checks on your details to avoid any fraud.
